Valley Event Finders
June 2015

Dear Art Lover,

Welcome to June and Summer!!! But wait–what happened to to the first half of the year? Haven’t you missed our newsletters? Well, we’ve had a tumultuous first half of the year. During February our website disappeared…sort of. So, we decided it was time to start anew, and have been working on a new “.org” site, geared to our non-profit status. Progress is steady, but slow. We want to do it right, and are planning for the future. Hopefully we will become live during June. Keep your eyes opened!

The good news is the resurrection of our newsletter. This would not of happened without the help of our new volunteer, Olga Nash. So give her a big THANK YOU if you ever get a chance to meet. (She does come to our monthly meeting. Do you?)

Personally, during the first half of this year, past-due projects got finished, a whole bunch of new customers arrived, referrals flourished, and time escaped. Too much work in too little time! I’m looking forward to the “hazy, dazy, lazy days of summer”. Yes it will be HOT, but I expect to COOL OFF at several of the following events. Won’t you join me?
Kathy Cryer, SFV Arts Council Outreach
